Subscriber Agreement

This Customer Contract (the Agreement) is entered into between you and iptvsmarter.tv (we, our or us) and sets out the basis on which you receive the IPTV services as provided by us. You are agreeing to such terms after subscribing to our services. And, in case you are not in agreement with the present, then do not use our services.

1. Subscription & Account

To subscribe, one needs to be a minimum of age 18.
However in the sign-up process you accept to be honest and give full information.
Your subscription is not resalable and may only be used on a personal basis.
You agree that we may, at our complete discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your account in case you do not meet these terms.

2. Service Availability

IPTV services are based on a third party provided server and it can be down or interrupted.
We do not represent 100% uptime and the channels availability.
Part of the content might be blocked on a basis of the region.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Any subscription fee has to be paid beforehand even before the activation of the service.
We take Payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Crypto, etc.
Autorenewable The subscription plans are not automatically renewed after you subscribe unless otherwise.

3.1. Refund Policy

Only cases when the provided service is non-functional within at least 7 consecutive days will result in the refund.
No refunds in case of personal technical problems (slow Internet, incompatible devices, etc.).
Account termination will be done through chargebacks or payment disputes.

4. Prohibited Activities

With the help of our services you agree NOT to:
Share your subscription with multiple users.
Modify, resell, or redistribute IPTV content.
Record or rebroadcast our IPTV streams.
Engage in fraud, hacking, or illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

The content provided is not owned by ipsmartv.tv but is also a service provider.
It is the duty of the users to make sure that the use of IPTV does not violate local laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

When there is no service, it is buffering, or some other technical problem.
Legal implications of the use of IPTV in your country.
Damage related to loss of information, money, or others.

7. Termination of Service

We have all the freedom to block your account or cancel your membership once you contravene this agreement.

8. Changes to This Agreement

This agreement can be revised any time. By using our service further, you accept the terms as they are on the day.
